Victims Family Outraged At Ruling

There are new developments in a shooting involving a police officer. A Franklin County Grand Jury has decided not to indict the officer who shot a suspect in the back.

A family still in grief over the death of 31-year-old Edward Hayes, who was shot and killed while running from police on June 6th. After three days of testimony, Columbus Police Officer Frederick Hannah was cleared by a Franklin County Grand Jury.

Hannah, now a detective, has been with the Columbus Division of Police, for nine years. Hannah has been involved in two other shootings.Victims Family Outraged At Ruling
